St Martin's goose dinner

The traditional prelude to the goose dinner is St. Martin's Day on 11th. November. From this date onwards, our kitchen crew conjures up delicious dishes on the theme of “goose”. Enjoy the Advent season in our Restaurant Gildehaus and let us spoil you with culinary delights.
The price for a whole goose is EURO 160.00 and the whole goose is suitable for 4 people. It comes with side dishes such as red cabbage, brussels sprouts, croquettes and potato dumplings.
