Our wellness area is exclusively available to hotel guests.

Children under the age of 12 may only use the area when accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian.

Please also follow the instructions of our staff at all times.

In the swimming area, swimwear and pool shoes must be worn.

In the fitness area, suitable sportswear and clean sports shoes are required.

The sauna area is textile-only. You may wear swimwear, a towel or a bathrobe.

Showering is required before using the pool or sauna.

A towel must be used in the sauna, fitness and lounge areas.

The use of personal fragrances or essential oils in the Finnish sauna is not permitted.

Please behave considerately towards other guests throughout the wellness area.

Bringing your own food and drinks is not permitted.

Smoking and e-smoking are prohibited throughout the wellness area.

Reserving loungers, benches or chairs without using them is not permitted.

Bags, mobile phones and electronic devices are not permitted in the wellness area. Please use the lockers provided.

All facilities are used at your own risk. Guests are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary swimming ability.

The pool has a depth of 1.30 metres. Diving and jumping into the pool are not permitted.

For safety reasons, an emergency button is located in the Finnish sauna.

The fitness and swimming areas are under video surveillance.

Van der Valk Hotel Hildesheim accepts no liability for damage, accidents or theft.

Lost or forgotten items can be collected from reception.
