The international cuisine is diverse with regional influences and market-fresh products: we offer a breakfast and lunch buffet, the Gildehaus buffet on Sunday, coffee & cake, an à la carte menu with a 3-course menu recommendation (all courses can be selected individually), a small menu for the small hunger, themed buffets as well as culinary and cultural activities.

Restaurant Gildehaus is open daily for hotelguests and for non-hotelguests:
- Breakfast Mon to Fri: 6:30 - 10:00
- Breakfast Sat & Sun: 6.30 - 11:00
- Lunch Mon to Sun: 12:00 - 17:00
- Dinner Sun to Thu: 17:00 - 22:30
- Dinner Fri to Sat: 17:00 - 23:00
Restaurant Gildehaus is located in Van der Valk Hotel Hildesheim, Markt 4, Hildesheim.
No dogs are allowed in Restaurant Gildehaus.
