Cycle your way through the beautiful region surrounding Hildesheim and through the Weser River hill country. The different cycling routes routes in the region and the HI-RING bike path circling Hildesheim invite you to discover the area up close for a real experience.

Bicycle rentals

For short trips through the city, four Van der Valk bicycles are available to our guests for a fee of EURO 12.50 (per bike per day). Please reserve the bikes at the hotel reception desk in advance or during your stay with us. Subject to availability.

Bicycle stalls

There are four bicycle stalls located between our hotel and the Hildesheim City Administration Building to keep your own, or a rental bike, safe and dry. Cycling tourists can get a key from the tourist-information office. For more detailed information on the bicycle stalls, please refer to the "Bicycle stalls for cycling tourists" information sheet.
