For how many guests can the Stadtschänke be booked?
Our packages for the exclusive use of the Stadtschänke are available for events with 50 guests or more. Based on your occasion, guest numbers and individual ideas, we will create a proposal tailored to your event.
What times are available for events?
Whether you are planning an afternoon reception or a celebration into the night, we offer a range of flexible options. In addition to evening events from 5:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m., the Stadtschänke can also be booked earlier, for example from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. If you have a different schedule in mind, please let us know – wherever possible, we will be happy to accommodate your preferred times.
What dining options are available?
Together with our kitchen team, you can choose the dining style that best suits your event: bar food, finger food, a flying buffet, a classic buffet or a summer BBQ buffet. The exact selection will be tailored to your individual wishes.
Can the drinks package be extended?
Yes. The Classic drinks package can be extended to include cocktails and additional spirits. During the planning process, we will decide together which drinks will best complement your evening.
Is music permitted?
Music can be included by prior arrangement. As the Stadtschänke is located within the hotel, music must remain at background volume.
How does the planning process work?
Tell us about your occasion, preferred date, number of guests and ideas for the evening. We will then coordinate the food, drinks and schedule with you before preparing your personalised proposal. From the first conversation to the event itself, we will support you personally and keep every detail in view.
