From an elegant reception to a flying buffet: welcome your guests with fine finger food from €4.00 per item or choose a flying buffet from €47.00 per person.
Beverages
Choose beverages charged according to consumption or opt for a predictable beverage package – Classic from €12.50 per person for the first hour.
Breakfast, Lunch & Snack
Start the day with breakfast from €22.50 per person, choose varied lunch options from €5.00 per item or add a snack buffet from €21.50 per person.
Midnight snack
For a bite later in the evening, choose from a warming soup, currywurst, traybake cake or a delicious cheese platter – with options from €5.00 per person.
Technology & Equipment
Enhance your event with microphones, presentation equipment, a lectern or additional technology as required – subject to availability, from €10.00.

What is included in the wedding package?
All wedding packages include a one-hour welcome reception with sparkling wine, orange juice and mineral water, the Classic beverage package for six hours, chair covers and a dance floor. One night in an Executive Double Room for the wedding couple is also included. For your meal, you can choose between a buffet, a four-course menu or a five-course menu.
Under what conditions can the package be booked?
Our wedding packages are available for 50 guests or more and in combination with at least ten guest rooms. The offer is valid outside trade fair periods and is subject to availability on your preferred date.
Which menus and buffets are available?
For your menu, you can choose from a variety of starters, soups, intermediate courses, main courses and desserts. Buffets can also be individually composed from a selection of different dishes. One consistent menu or buffet is agreed for all guests. Some dishes may be subject to an additional charge.
Can we add individual food and beverage options?
Yes, you can enhance your package to suit your preferences. Options include finger food, flying buffets, additional beverage packages, selected wines and spirits, as well as various snacks and late-night bites. Our event team will be happy to advise you on the available options.
Which late-night snacks can we book?
Choose from several options for a late-night bite: traybake cake for €5.00, currywurst with sauce for €10.00, a soup of your choice for €11.00 or a cheese platter with savoury biscuits and grapes for €13.50 per person.
Is room hire already included?
Room hire is not included in the wedding package. The rate depends on the selected event space and booking duration and will be listed separately in your individual quotation.
Can our guests stay overnight at the hotel?
Yes, various room categories are available for your guests. One night in an Executive Double Room for the wedding couple is already included in the wedding package. Additional rooms can be booked subject to availability.
How can we receive an individual quotation?
Send us an enquiry with your preferred date, expected number of guests and your requirements regarding the venue, food, beverages and accommodation. Our event team will then prepare an individual quotation and personally support you throughout the planning process.

Simply Stay After the Celebration
When the last dance is over, relaxation begins right here at the hotel. One night in an Executive Double Room is already included for the wedding couple. We will also be happy to reserve additional rooms for your guests upon request.
