When is breakfast served?
From Monday to Friday, our breakfast buffet is available from 6:30 am to 10:00 am. On Saturdays and Sundays, breakfast is served from 6:30 am to 11:00 am.
Can external guests also join us for breakfast?
Of course. Our breakfast buffet is open to both hotel guests and external visitors. You are therefore very welcome to enjoy breakfast with us even if you are not staying at the hotel.
How much does breakfast cost?
The price is €24.50 per person for external guests. Hotel guests pay €22.50 per person.
What is included in breakfast?
Enjoy a generous buffet with bakery products, cold cuts and cheeses, dairy products, fresh fruit, speciality coffees, tea, juices, freshly squeezed orange juice and sparkling wine. Fresh egg dishes are also prepared for you at our live-cooking station.

Yes. At our live-cooking station, egg dishes are freshly prepared for you, so you can enjoy breakfast exactly the way you like it.
Do I need to reserve a table for breakfast?
We recommend reserving a table in advance, particularly for external guests. This allows us to prepare for your visit and arrange a suitable table for you.
Where is breakfast served?
Our breakfast buffet is served at Restaurant Gildehaus in the Van der Valk Hotel Hildesheim, right in the heart of the city.

Is parking available at the hotel?
The public “Marktgarage” underground car park is located directly beneath our hotel. Access is via Jakobistraße.
