The Gildehaus restaurant is open daily for house guests and outside guests:
Breakfast Mon to Fri: 06:30 - 10:00 am (In the months of July and August, our breakfast buffet takes place from Monday to Friday from 6:30 to 11:00 a.m.
Breakfast Saturday and Sunday: 6:30 – 11:00 am
Lunch Mon to Sun: 12:00 - 5:00 PM
Dinner Sun to Thu: 5:00 PM - 10:30 PM
Dinner Fri to Sat: 5:00 PM - 11:00 PM
The restaurant Gildehaus is located in the Van der Valk Hotel Hildesheim, Markt 4, Hildesheim.
Our restaurant covers an area of approximately 220m².
The restaurant is wheelchair accessible.
Dogs are not allowed in the Gildehaus restaurant.
Different table arrangements in an area are possible for up to 50 people at the Gildehaus restaurant. Feel free to consult with us personally.
