The experienced staff at the Van der Valk Hotel Hildesheim are happy to plan and design your festivities with a real feeling for what’s special. We can plan a perfect event for you, regardless of whether big or small, from a champagne reception to a party with dancing.
The different rooms we have available offer you a range of uniquely individual venues: the elegant Restaurant Gildehaus for smaller events or the charming Rokoko with its smart look in silver for your reception.
The Stadtschänke/Havanna Lounge gives you a number of different options, as an extension of the bar, for example, the Cigar Lounge, or as a separate event location. The Stadtschänke allows direct access to the historical market square.
Our flagship venue, the Wollenweber Room, is pure elegance. With a dance floor for an extravagant fête or partitioned off, this room provides an more intimate atmosphere for a smaller celebration. The foyer is ideal for receptions or buffets.
Culinary Variations
We are happy to advise you on the choice of your individual menu options and range of beverages. We have also put together a number of different recommendations from A as in “aperitif” to W as in “wine” for your menu and/or buffet.
